It is extremely bad at all of those things, though. If it had insanely high celerity to gain first action in combat and a slight chance to dodge, longer range on either its movement (3) or item use range (1), or if it could just outright share potions out of your belt then it would be okay. But it has low defense capabilities in PvE and often dies before it has a chance to use a second potion of any type if it's anywhere close enough to use a second potion of any type. In PVP it is worth much less.

50 escaled GUI to have you heal 100 on a robot or a machination [that is not yourself] is mediocre at best. Jetpack, more items on the belt, the bomb primer and so on is the only reasons people get the class, and like Fern said, not the focus that are the robots and upgrades.

The jetpack is good, but at least DH is an example of a class with an easily abused method of getting 6 movement out of 0-1 momentum, and that doesn't have a CD.
