Standard armor is a good armor, but it's far from the best. A minmaxed heavy armor will be tankier, and a minmaxed evade torso will have much more evade

Umbral doesn't need to be touched; they're already quite strong as is.

Bonus dark attack, powerful racials (Tear of the Moon and Fade Out have a lot of use in certain situations), and a solid stat spread are all you really need in a race. Also supports hybrid RES defenses well, and I'm very fond of that. Locking dark attack like the proposed change would gut a lot of umbrals, myself included.

Don't touch the wraith-people please I beg. Resist swapping with ToTM is great, yo.
