A good bit late, but:

We have been working with a 'once per turn' version of Aid for a few weeks (and even before this topic was made), and there is absolutely no positive change concerning this situation. Aid is still the ungodly enabler it's been proven to be in the OP, and no sort of 'per turn' restriction can help this.

I heavily disagree with Aid being overpowered.
Once per turn and the amount of healing it provides is inferior to any other means. Be it meditate (That's still stupidly strong. Someone tanky can easily afford not doing anything and recover for no cost at all, also gaining FP, etcetera), silvermist, priest, yadda yadda. This skill atleast costs some. If this is meant to be nerfed to battle the horrid spam of it monks do, just ramp up the FP cost. (And we still have interference.)
