also if you can resist both damage types, in pvp thats -2m to the evoker so if their first move is wretched oil, they now have 2m left.

VA's get 30% DR, which is applied after the resistance stat is.

WG procs both times, but it doesn't do much since it'd do the .exact same. if it was 2 hits of 50 or 1 hit of 100.

And non, it doesn't do that at all. If you hit a resist you only lose 1 momentum from that player. So no that isn't how it goes at all.
