New Weapon/Armor Qualities

I don't think I like the negative qualities for weapons, especially since they're, for the most part, the same. ( Fragile and Improvised )

I'd rather it be something like 25% Durability loss, to make it actually debilitating.

As for the armor "pluses" that sort of sounds like those should be armor pieces or components you can add to them, rather than simple 'qualities' It might just be me.

I do agree with Saw though.
