I'm not for Cobalt's gettin gud like that. 40 STr/50 GUI is perfectly fine, and it should stay at 105%. Maybe 110-115, especially since the weapon type itself gets a +CRIT DMG mod iirc.

Otherwise, sure why not to like. Everything else.
