Bumping this with more information. Apparently it's not a connection issue (I knew that.) It's more of a game-sided issue as seen I'm on an account with no delay and no disconnections. But I can't maintain a connection when trying to log in with another key. I'm going to assume it's by chance because the account I was on had the issue before but now it's gone.

Some unimportant information would be that I heard from people that the problem is related to Win8 and above.
