Honestly, I'd like a feature for house portals. Where people can add you as a 'friend' that accepts your Key name, and Save Slot. That character can then go to a portal, whether they have a house or not and move into it. It'll bring up a prompt, should they have a 'friend'.

"Would you like to go home?" "Would you like to visit a friend?"

Going to "Visit a Friend" will show the names of people that have added you to visitation. From there you can click on one and so long as their house isn't locked, you can enter.

I'm all for everything in this thread though, it seems really nice and people would actually visit me in the bad part of Chataraunga.
