Let me offer my own input:

I just recently became an SL2 homeowner, and I got my home right where I wanted it. I am also prone to computer problems and feel this laptop might die on me before I get a new computer. If I had to vanish for awhile due to technical difficulties, only to return to see that my house was gone, I would flip a table, a tannite, Tannis, and you get the idea. And of course there's scenarios like what Ryu posted.

Basically, an automated system is completely unreasonable for this.
