Okay so, this skill is kinda awful currently.
So, as it stands this skill does
WPN PWR + STR + X ( Where X is 10/13/16/19/22-Torso Weight ) for 10/12/14/16/18 FP.
This is kind of ludicrous. The damage is paltry and unless you've got a healthy bit of FP, you aren't going to use it at max rank for almost double the cost and 12 extra damage.
I suggest that it be changed to something more like.. this.
WPN PWR + (40%/50%/60%/70%/80%) STR+ X ( Where X is [MAX BW- CUR BW + 2/4/6/8/10] ) at 8/9/10/11/12 FP cost. Meaning that while it scales properly, it won't absolutely murder your FP reserves to use it.
