The tiles -and- furniture both rolled back.

I can try to reproduce these but I'm not sure how reliably I'll be able to (I'll have to experiment more with it on my house rather than a house I was editing for RP).

I'm not sure what you mean by modifying but I was working with both features that seemed to crash me (this and the F. Adjust issue I've posted on another thread) so it could've been either one or both.

I'll let you know more when I can, probably on a separate post than this one.
