Checked, and I don't have any integrated graphics according to my driver list and NVIDIA settings. I did change an option to prefer performance over power though, and didn't see any noticeable change. I also made a new character to compare the performance with and without the utility bar, and they were more similar than I remembered, with the same sort of oscillation of the screen.
