Just as Rendar stated every single evade character I attempted has basically had 100 or so evade base at most. And was still hit every time. I got sick of trying to fight as them and stuck to defensive stats which really ruins the rp of a high reflex Archer who avoids damage in battle and returns fire while using a blade on enemies who come close. (Dodge GS Arbalest is a strange idea that I'm determined to make work.)
