If this is just Domino Resonate, it's just how the spell works. It only hits the first target it encounters, which will be the Shade.

Kinda still an Issue since it temporarily deletes someone from existence until they just magically pop back into place. But situational enough I guess it can be ignored if it would require drastic changes to fix.
