@Lolzy: I know that some of the items in that menu use enchanting, but I made sure that all the ones I posted here are Alchemy.

@Spoops: My suspicion is that Spoops is right and just a few of those are actually bugs.

@Lonestar: I'd like to see that personally because it just applying to potions specifically makes it very niche considering every potion I can see is 4 cost or less.
