We should really see if if the mage who casted relent gale getting knocked down by their opponent casting forced move instead of vice versa is a bug or not first cause that still doesn't sound like intended behavior

If it is intended behavior then its really just removing the interaction all together because I really don't like how you have to cast and use the KD in the same turn otherwise you get punished for it.
