As someone who plays a funny dodge tank rune mage aquamancer with 1100 hp, 170 evade, good dr, no ski, and can still make bombs that do 500+ damage from across the map and hit tanks in the face for like 400 for 4 momentum (while healing), I think rune mage is fair and balanced haha. The fact you can do an evasion ignoring nuke on command of any element you choose is already insane. Then their neutral game is also one of the best.
