There is a clear flaw in the trait that might be ignored like I stated in my original post (which echoes the same sentiment) in that it's basically free hit to some builds and +hit with a serious build crippling downside to others, not that the downside shouldn't stay because I mean what else explains the trait better than being unable to two-hand or dual-wield weapons? Nothing else really, but if you just happen to have a build that fits in, there is no downside, Bows, Tome + Glove/Shields, Fist weapons, dagger + gloves come to mind fairly immediately.
You won't actually often see it on sword/axe/spear/gun builds for this reason, its so much better on the above mentioned than these weapons, I'd probably actually suggest doubling the hit bonus for weapons that can be 2-handed normally, such as Swords/Axes/Spears/Guns. I know that doesn't make a lot of sense but giving these things a bit more of an edge helps them through their downside more than the above mentioned.
