I feel like the last thing we need is even more ghost/bk synergy... Ghost isn't even good at applying fear
Here's my suggestion
1: You have +5 evade versus people affected by claret call.
2: New skill: Ethereal. Become partially ghost-like for 4 turns, gaining +15 evade. During this time you can walk through creatures and field objects. The duration is extended by 1 if you end your turn inside red rain, or when you sacrifice health to use a skill (only once per turn). The buff grants an extra +2 evade per level of rising game.
