Windheart (Magical) - Increases CEL by 2 and increases Aeromancy talent's effective level by 1 while equipped.

Fireheart (Magical) - Increases STR by 2 and increases Pyromancy talent's effective level by 1 while equipped.

Geoheart (Magical) - Increases DEF by 2 and increases Geomancy talent's effective level by 1 while equipped.

Iceheart (Magical) - Increases SKI by 2 and increases Cryomancy talent's effective level by 1 while equipped.

Can the -mancy effective level bonus be changed to 10% Resist (or give it as an additional effect)? These really don't stack up to the other torso enchantments, at all.
