Having a limited amount of NSP and a plethora of useful skills really makes things go more towards the "specialized" spectrum.
I've been hoping for more Out-Of-Combat based abilities.
As for whether limiting one to use NSP on a max of two classes, I feel that even if it wasn't limited, spreading ones NSP across the board would only result in the person in question gaining three mediocre specialized skills.
I would like to assume the reward for specializiing would be -much- greater than spreading.
