Goblin Shaman Woefully Underwhelming Post-GR

I'm not sure if it should be changed (for comedic relief) but the damage Goblin Shamans can do now is laughable to the lolest degree. See pictures for details:

Note: Second picture is of my character's Res (I did not want to post my full stats for obvious reason). Last to note, there should be only 5% Resistance to account for from Sanctity.

Edit: I would suggest for Dev to check other monsters that are spellcasters and are affected by this to ensure they're working as intended by him.

The mobs are strong enough, because I've seen what they can do it's not fun.

Obviously we take some strength from the Firebloods and give it to Goblin Shaman.

Wings of Fire are not fun.

Mobs being able to kick scrubs to the curb does not justify a mob bugged into near-uselessness.

Anyways, the issue is this: Goblin Shamans are using a 100% STR monster weapon, which probably isn't a casting tool.
