In that case, I guess the effect is good enough, but it only being a 24% chance once per round means you'd most likely have to spend multiple turns (and 3M out of each one) to get it to work even once, which is especially bad if you were using it to inflict poison.

Would it be possible to make it trigger at the round start and/or with movement skills? Maybe giving it more chances to activate would make it better.

Should definitely be when you move (basic movement), get moved (knockback or pulls) or use movement skills.
