actually charge weapon won't increase level at all, instead increases rounds, and attacks consume rounds.

Despite being only a 35% increase in damage per charge, it seems to be doing a whole lot of damage still, I'd suggest checking if its accidentally stacking with the actual weapon charge, I lack the chimeric eyes to check this myself.
