Not the requested solution to the issue but there are a few people already who know of this macro trick to get them very quickly.

Macros are set up by clicking on the top left of the window, the eye icon that is beside 'sigrogana legend 2', it should bring up a drop down menu, head there to Client > Macros.

Set up a macro with a repeat on 'return' and set it to treasure-ball-machine like so, don't worry it'll only activate near a treasure ball machine itself so you won't have to change it away later. As long as you are holding the enter button, it should automatically cycle through and buy treasure balls at light speed, since enter is also pressed to confirm the prompt.



Next set up a repeat macro for actually using them on repeat, this makes it easier to bulk open like 200 treasure balls at once.
