The craftable item "High-Quality Bandages" does not cure open wounds when used outside of battle, despite saying they do.

Drag-and-drop-to-use-out-of-combat consumables in general also try to activate twice when you do so. The only item it actually affects is high quality bandages though, since potion sickness stops it with potions.
