Spellthief's Invislble Weapon is very hard to use because it's 3 rounds on a buff-heavy class and an evade reduction instead of a hit buff, so if people are evade overbuffed (which happens a lot and is very easy to do) you're basically not getting any hit rate.
I would propose that it's either changed to a proper hit buff so that it has more usefulness, or extend its duration to 5 rounds if it has to remain an evade reduction.

I'd rather something like this be an Aux skill than a change
There are just as many people that overbuff that don't and if you are already hitting your own hit cap, this can be a big factor in swinging hit further your way.

I honestly prefer it stays as an evade down, mainly because that means I can still get +hit when I've already hit the cap, which is something unique with this.

Leave it Evade reduction, but make it last longer. Currently it is really not worthwhile

Sure that's fine too, it should at least be 4 or 5 rounds because otherwise it's very hard to use unless you're not dodge

Or it could be turned into an Enchant-class, and benefit from the talent.

All buffs to stats that arent on ki awoken scale wether primary or secondary stats that cost 3m or more to apply should be 5 rounds minimum with no exception. If more than 3m, more rounds depending.
