[v2.98b] Sticky Tarnada VFX

The visual effects for Tarnada's critical hits sometimes stick around after a battle in various different forms if you finish a battle by critting an enemy (side-cut seems to do this most reliably?). The three main ways this manifests are:

- The green tint staying at its maximum value, making you 100% green.
- A white flash (which is presumably a separate effect that the green tint is supposed to affect?) cycling through its animation forever.
- Both

Thankfully, these effects are purely visual and cease when you get into battle again, so they're just an annoyance.

This happens with blood whistle's new round vfx too, if you kill the last enemy with poison or similar
