Midnight Ruler, despite being shown to have the Evoke Passive Icon... Is an ACTIVE install only effect.

Burning Strikes also suffers from this, in that it shows as a Non-Install skill icon, but actually does require the youkai to be installed.
Mysterious Rainhat from Kasa-Okabe is also listed in this same way. Genbu, however, has it listed to have his 3rd ability be Install only...
So, should people that have Nacht be able to gain Midnight Ruler from standing in Darkness? (Please say yes. We can be trusted with this)
