Issue: 
Dragon Youkai "Jhunn" can use the Flame Jetwing skill to launch itself into walls and off the battlefield. It will also end it's skill on top of another mob.

Expected function:
Not able to use skill to move into inaccessible areas or out of bounds.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have Jhunn contracted and summoned.
   
2. Have total control off.
   
3. When near the edge of the map or a solid object, Jhunn chooses to attack a mob with Flame Jetwing.
   

Notes:
Doesn't work when manually controlling a youkai. The game seems to automatically correct it after it goes out of bounds, but if Jhunn is stuck in a solid object (for instance, in the walls of the goblin cavern dungeon) it makes no moves and skips turn.

Possibly related to an older bug with the same youkai.

It is difficult to see because I screenshot just after the gremlin dashed, but jhunn was somewhere to the right of the grey character, and used Flame Jetwing to move off the map.
