So simple run down is the medical outposts and the crossbow no longer have a target indicator to show where you are targeting for either healing or targeting enemies. It was like this, last raid and now this raid as well. You can still use them but you have to guess where the indicator is when moving it. Its not as hard on the medical post as healing parties is just one square away but it is a problem when using the crossbow.
