I'm reporting an indescribably unplayable bug where in Rainbow Rose and Rainbow Notes are layered above the high_turf_layer, these effects will show up above buildings you can normally hide behind.

If this bug cannot be fixed or is considered too minor to look at, then I simply do not know how to go on with life anymore.
