Spiked Treads vs Heavy Tackle Revisted

I posted this under bug reports at first, but was told that this interaction was iffy and might be kept as is intentionally. So I'm creating this thread to discuss the fact that spiked treads does not stop heavy tackle from moving (and if you were hit enough tiles, knocking down) a target. Given that Arbalists have access to blowback cannon (which does ignore spiked treads, intentionally), I don't think that heavy tackle also needs to ignore the item. It would be nice if other people could offer their two cents on the matter.

I believe it's there so you cannot completely shunt Arbalest's playstyle.

Considering that Screamer will now be a counter to Etacof, I see no issues with letting this be. Or just taking the Immunity bypass off of Blowback Cannon, since it was more-or-less a way to prevent a Stun-based lockdown (which is no longer an issue with the temp. immunity)
