This is a small thing, but knowing the base chance of ryemei critting would be helpful if someone were to plan something using this skill.
As a sidenote, maybe we could have somewhere where it tells us what all of the different elemental enchants do for each skill type.

Ryemi critting is based on what normal critting is based on.
And that sounds like a thing for the wiki.

*Based on skills and item effects that increase Crit, but not any/either of your weapon's Crit info.

Dev has said before, "Test for yourself". Typically:
Fire: Adds fire tiles and/or changes damage type to Fire.
Ice: Adds ice tiles and/or changes damage type to Ice.
Earth: Adds a knockdown and/or adds Skill Rank*2 damage and/or changes damage type to Earth. (May Magnetize now, I think?)
Wind: Adds a knockback and/or adds extra range to skill and/or changes damage type to Wind.
Lightning: Adds a chance to Crit and/or increases Crit chance and/or changes damage type to Lightning.
