[Engineer] Buffing Traps through Explosive Arts

Traps are ineffective and dead.

Would anyone else support the notion of buffing the Rogue Classes' traps by giving it the engineer's skill 'Explosive Arts' passive damage boost(Currently only for bombs, but who uses those?) and/or also getting the power boost from the 'Upgrade' Skill(Not really THAT needed, but bombs get it, so traps too...?)

Perhaps even put traps on the Special Delivery skill's passive list for increased range?

Suffice to say, there's already some support for this change, just no word on it yet from dev.

Explosives arts would actually be worth taking if this were the case.

As for Special Delivery, that -might- be a bit much taking Raging traps into consideration.
