Isn't 'Life Drain' one of the 'Vampire only' skills that they share with Liches (for some reason)?
Anyway, rambling aside:



Here, I used it and 'kabooski', only 15% of the drained life is gained back from a vampire skill. (And before you ask for details, yeah, I do have this.)
