Cinder tiles produced by badge effects seem to do 0 damage

I remember mine doing some (miniscule) damage (around 8 or something). I wasn't really sure about reporting it though- it's supposed to be doing more I assume (from the post)?

Let me rephrase, when using peddling wheel or heaven kick, cinders are doing literally 0 damage

Details are important for this reason, yes. This has been corrected.

This bug is because before, elemental leavings were based on the power bonus they got from rank. Now it's 30% of your Fire ATK. If you notice any other elemental impact skills behaving this way, let me know what they are.
