Snatch Spell
#1
Snatch Spell currently has a whole lot of bugs with it. Here's a list:

  1. It costs no FP, when levelling it is supposed to reduce the cost over time. Rank 2 and 4 both cost 0 FP.
  2. You can steal your allies spells if they're cast on you. Tested by trying to buff an ally preparing Snatch Spell. The tooltip says enemy spell only.
  3. You can steal your OWN spells if you use Snatch Spell (without bluff), then cast something on yourself that can be stolen. This will unequip the spell and you will not get it back until the end of the fight.
  4. It does not steal AoE attacks that have a movable radius or no targeting range. Magaisendo, Wretched Oil, Air Pressure, and Fleeting Specters can not be stolen. Black static CAN be.

1-3 have been corrected in 1.60b. I know why 4 happens but there are probably other spells that also don't get stolen, and depending on your definition, may not be a bug at all. For example, Fleeing Spectres doesn't target you. It releases projectiles.

Any chance we could get your definition? So we know whether or not to compile a list of AoE spells that won't be stolen, or to assume the skill is not intended to take them.
