That's probably for good reason. If you wielded a doomed/cursed weapon in both hands, you would get 20% resist all.

It doesn't work like that. It never worked like that. It only applied for one weapon.

This is a fairly normal thing, honestly.

King's enchants have no effect as an off hand weapon either, for example.

I suppose it's a bug that only recently got fixed then. Because it's been working in sub hand weapons for a long time. Oh well.
