It was possible a long time before, too, when you had a high crafting level, and you crafted, say, an Iron Longsword.

Shouldn't it be capping at 4 qualities though, with a difference of 4? I think maybe it's not taking the ore's difficulty into account.

EDIT: It was indeed not taking the ore's difficulty into account and this has been corrected. The issue of not having enough item qualities will be addressed another day.
