I'm not entirely sure if this is a bug or not, but Fortune Wind's secondary cast will damage and knock enemies back until they're out of range (so up to 3 times).

If it's not a bug, then FW's secondary effect is absolutely terrible since it only scales with one singular stat and nothing else, and you need to end a good buff to use it. I've been operating under the assumption it was intended since Traps are better than single-hit FW in terms of damage/zoning non teleport movement, and traps are not only presently very underwhelming, but don't require a total of 6m.

No, it hitting multiple times is definitely a bug. If it's too weak then feel free to make a balance fu thread for buffs to it.

Done. Because it's literally 100% useless without this multihit aspect. Hence why it wasn't reported sooner since it seemed like an intentional part of the skill for it to not suck.
