LEing doesn't remove the under level 10 trading restriction, as I'm pretty sure it should (as in I swear a suggestion was approved for this).

At least it didn't for me, when I LE'd an older character who hadn't gotten their book until recently (two days ago), then LE'd. Then they had to hit level 10 again to trade.

You should be able to initiate the trade just fine, but there was an issue where you couldn't trade with someone else who was LE'd but under level 10.
