Reaper's weird game-breaking poledance!!! [Reaper's Affinity bug]

Reaper's Affinity have two bugs that I could figure out recently:
Quote:1- It's (probably) using any type of material, for the condition. Instead of only Dragon Remains (or Carapace, maybe it counts? It's not clarified and I don't have every means for testing it, since my Reaper is a new character that's not capped yet).

2- Reaper's Affinity is doing it's rarity check like this: ''Rarity is lesser than 1+(Scaled SAN)''. Instead of ''Rarity is lesser or equal to 1+(Scaled SAN)''.

Everything was done by testing it with a 1* Iron Spear, against a 4* Dragon Remains Voidcut. The former was not being accepted as a casting tool for some reason. My Scaled SAN is 22.

22/7 = 3.14 + 1 = "4.14"

Voidcut is exactly 4*, so what do you think is the problem?
In my opinion it is either that the racial is only counting with 'lesser than (equation result)' instead of 'lesser or equal than (equation result)', or, because the racial is probably trying to match a round number (for the rarity count) with another full of decimals (the result of dividing by 7).

It was actually checking SAN/8 instead of 7.
