It's becoming a bit of an issue to equip skills on many, many characters now. But this is something I've been thinking about for a long while. It's very difficult to equip all of your skills and be as stylish as you can be. So I'd like to discuss a few options to fix this.
One, make will increase skill slots by one for every 5 instead of every 10.
Two, make the base number of skill slots 10.
Or three, make it so you can increase your base skill slot cap through legend ink.

Any of these alternatives would be great. Honestly it's very problematic to have to build for stats you don't even need just to be able to do something.

Any of these would be very beneficial for many builds, I can go for either of the 3.

To be honest it is really, -really- needed. Especially for Destiny's who have a thousand skills, but not having enough skill slots to use them. Even with the increase to skill pool from Destiny.
Dyrnwyn, ERUPT, and IGNITE!

I think the third option would be beneficial, but we'll need ways to get more legend inks like the Colossal Tower, or or ink quest, but all the options are viable since we're extremely limited in terms of skill slots.

Any of the three suggestions from OP are good in my opinion. To be honest I don't see why a skill slot system should exist, or know how it can be explained from a RP perspective aside from suddenly forgetting how to run a certain way. Or jump, or push someone.

This was caused by a bug being fixed wrong because a certain reporter didn't give much information to Dev.
Regardless, +1.

I'll endorse option one and two. It always bothered me that Skill and Guile increase skill slots more than Will does. Either of those options will allow players more flexibility in what they want to mix and match from both of their classes in order to achieve their desired style. This is most evident in classes like Demon Hunter, Spell Thief, and the ( revamped ) Tactician, which have a lot of little things they can pick and choose from.
On another note, this will have to eventually be changed anyways if you're going to add as many classes as you've said you wanted to. ( I don't remember the exact number, but it was pretty expansive. )

I always struggled when I build chars that only have one way to get skill slots and that's with WIL, without book or anything.
So +1 to OP for any of those changes.

I don't want to make the skill pool size limitation trivial. You're not meant to be able to equip 20-30 skills at once.
