Because Pheonix gets the FP reduction from Gentle Embers, I'd argue for utility sake you can end up making Pheonix have less power (75% of it's normal heal) with no revive and take away it's cooldown, while gentle embers is ticked on, that way Pheonix Talon and eternal flame could work, your focused beam will still deal light damage with Pheonix active.
