Further description added anyway.

Black Beasts Raid seem to be disappearing immediately after the normal Black Beast assault ends.

No, and I haven't noticed any correlations when this occurs, as it happens fairly infrequently (the raid AND this bug, partially due to how infrequently the raid is spawned).

It's hard to debunk, we would need Black Beast assaults to be more frequent to test. Or that Militia's contribution bonus points being doubled or tripled per unit trained, if only until we can figure out if that's really happening over 80% of the time.
