I've been having this issue for a few days now, and rather consistently. I recently obtained my third outfit slot via LE book for my personal mirror. The issue is that when outfits are split into multiple parts and saved in that third slot, even if saved multiple times, will always delete at least one of the component parts of that broken down outfit. While not absolutely game-breaking, it's infuriating. If required, I can go into further detail.

I believe this is a consequence of how outfits are saved, and how the 'split parts' works. Fixing this requires a bit of effort (I will have to change the way outfits are saved), but I'll make a note to get to it in 2.46.
