It seems Matador style in Demon hunter, its techniques does not scale with the weapon's accuracy.

With your test of bellowing stag, that is entirely intentional. Bellowing Stag does not use SWA whatsoever, and I remember it being an example in the test patch notes of a skill that would use a set accuracy value instead.

All skills that do not have accuracy innately will use a default accuracy of 90 instead, making them not too far behind standard weaponry.
