Whenever you close your Win Quotes settings window, everything in it disappears. The only way to get everything to show up is to make a new quote and then delete it.

If you have maximum quotes, you can't do that and you are barred from editing or deleting quotes.
(As a possible suggestion, I think a delete menu would also be better for the Win Quotes window in general, rather than a click-and-drag trashcan.)

This will be corrected in 2.60d. There's another issue with the way the win quote is displayed in the preview, but I'm planning to do some changes to the win quote UI at some point, so bear with it until then.
