I would like to suggest an unlockable power-up at Nemalyth that is functionally identical to Michelle Gainer(?)'s stamp, so that we can upgrade items to UL 24.  Some ten star items have effects that occur on increments of 6 or 12, and when the max cap is 20 they don't really work.

I would prefer this to just be a thing out of the box. I’ve always hated doing the smithing quest for the stamp on every character and I don’t want to have to do the equivalent quest on everyone Kcorvara character too.

I agree with Sawrock, making it come out of the box with +6 being the default, and then making Michelle's Stamp reduce the cost of upgrading gear, would still be worth it.
